this too shall pass..

when i imagined having my first tattoo, i knew it had to be this quote.. sadly, it wasnt! My reason for this was i wanted it on my shoulder, following the line where my bra strap sits and 'this too shall pass' wasnt long enough to look good, so i had my second quotation choice instead which i didnt mind because i love them both and knew either way i would have them both tattooed..

After almost a year of having my tattoo, i feel i now want another one and i know exactly what i want. The quote is actually Jewish and although im not religious, it has a lot of meaning to me, i try to stay positive about life but i dont fantasise, i know nothing lasts forever and im okay with that.. But it works both ways, when im happy i choose to enjoy and embrace it even though i know it wont always last, just as well when something bad happens in my life i know it will pass and in a few months ill be back to my old self.. it gives me a sense of relief when im having a bad day to know it wont last.

Baby on the wayyyyyyy..

No, not me.. My Auntie! I have two cousins who I adore.. I cant explain to you the amount of love i have for my cousins and im so lucky that our family is close and i get to see them as often as i want..

The oldest is 8, A boy, Thomas Oliver.. He's a cheeky minx like every other 8 year old but he is so lovable.. I was 10 when he was born and i was the most excited and happiest little girl in the world, I never knew you could love someone so much until he was born. He was so perfect and still is.. Just writing this is making me a little emotional, he is growing up into an amazing, loving and caring person and am so proud of him. He loves street dancing, writing stories and playing lots of football :) Thomas is my mums sisters little boy..

My other cousin is only 16 months old.. Shes beautiful, Mia Rose! She has big brown eyes, the type of eyes that will let her get her own way, playful and cute eyes. She's such a happy baby, she can toddle along now and she can say a few words too, mama, dada, nanma, baby & BETH haha. The day she was born, I promised myself i wouldnt get upset when i saw her, but i did.. i couldnt control my emotion, she was perfect too. Mia is my dads brothers little girl..

My mums sister is now expecting another babyyyyy! Im so excited now, shes got 10 weeks left and the baby is due on the 22nd of September.. The whole family are looking forward to it so much, I dont mind if its a boy or a girl but im secretly hoping its a boy :) Shes been thinking of lots of names but my favourites are Daisy and William :)

I cannot control my exictement!! Bring on Septemberrrr :)

Summer holidaysssssssss..

It's finally that time of year again, the summer holidays.. As I'm at college I still get the summer holidays, wooo :) & this time round, i get 9 weeks off! But gosh, do i deserve it, i thought gcse's were difficult and luckily I came out of school with 13 A*-C's and that was because i worked my backside off for those, but wow, A Levels are something else. Although very difficult, very fun! I had my doubts about college but right now, im loving it! My first year is over but im made some amazing friends and learnt so much and im actually looking forward to my next year.. Ive been given tonnes of work for the holidays which is good really as in a few weeks ill be soo bored!

Ive already been on holiday this year to Spain so we're not going in these holidays which im sad about :( but the English weather seems to be booking up for July & August so its all good :)

Day 05 — Anything Hello Kitty

Let be honest, every girl has a weakness for Hello Kitty. It makes us feel girly and childish and we all love her!!
I saw these and was amazed. I wear false nails, very long false nails and after time ive learnt to do things with them on, but these! Surely they get in the way? Still, they are fabulous!

Day 04 — Your favorite foundation

L'oreal Paris True Match
I've tried so many foundations but i think ive finally found one which im planning on sticking with. I use L'oreal True match in the colour 'C1 rose ivory'. This is the lightest colour within the range. Its a medium to full coverage so perfect for hiding any blemishes. Rather than being cakey you end up with a nice dewy finish. It is very easy to work with, and like it says on the bottle, it is very blendable!

Day 03 — Your favorite brush

I use the Ruby & Millie make-up brushes. I think a decent set of brushes is important and with the Ruby & Millie tag line as "Buy the best tools you can afford" i feel they are worth a try. A bad set of brushes give an uneven and messy application with the plastic bristles but with the R&M brushes, the bristles are made of natural fibres and feel lovely and soft against the skin.

Handbags are my weakness, if see a gorgeous bag i have to have it!
My favourite is my Gucci Sukey . I got this for my 16th birthday and was my first disigner handbag :) - I still love it like the day i got it..

I've been wearing these eyeliners for years and they are by fay my favourite eyeliner of all time, extreamly creamy and pigmented and stays put all day! Glides perfectly across the lid leaving a tidy line. Also comes in a range of beautiful vbrant colours!!

Friends..

When it comes to my friends, i choose nothing more than to cherish them with everything i have. Ive always prided myself in being a good judgement of character but recently I've realised that actually, I'm not. I've lost a few friends due to silly arguments, I'm 17 and i thought id grown out of people holding Petty grudges. I'm not one for forgiving or forgetting and to be fair i can be very stubborn, i feel a simple sorry will solve a situation but I'm not strong enough to give in and unfortunately that's the type of strong minded people I'm drawn to, so in a argument, nobodies giving in!

I have a lots of good friends and sometimes i feel I'm too old for a best friend but i cannot describe her in any other way. She's a beautiful, warm hearted and an amazing friend! I know its cliche but i don't know where i would be without her in my life. We don't see each other everyday and we're lucky if its once a week but whatever the length of time we're back to normal within seconds.. She's never let me down and doubt she ever will. I think every girl needs somebody to rely on and trust; My girly forever :)

Im not one for following trends or copying styles, i throw on whatever i grab out of my wardrobe most days. For college it could be jeans, a blazer and a nice pair of boots or trackies, a hoodie and my uggs. So when it comes to celebs im never too interested!

But wow, two words! -Kim Kardashian!!

Amazing figure, style icon and business woman.

She's one of the few Celebs which represent true women, like any woman her weight varies but shes got the perfect curves that women would die for. I love the way shes not afraid to step out make-up less in her sweats and ready for the gym, she still looks fab! I have admiration for any Celeb women to do this, i can only imagine the amount of pressure they have.

With her figure and style i dont hesitate in questioning if shes the Perfect Woman?
